Update: Update - Network fault FRA4
We have also called in the data center's technical support to further check the internal infrastructure, as we suspect that the problem is being caused by the network itself. They are currently carrying out a check of the data center core switches.
Update: Problem localized
We were able to narrow down the cause of the fault to the data center's 10G core and are continuing to work intensively with the data center service provider on the final fault.

Initial measures have been taken to limit the impact of the problem. At present, however, there is still no package, as work is still ongoing to identify the cause.

We are still working on identifying the cause. The first hardening measures continue to show an improvement so that there are currently still package losses, but the services are largely available again.
Update: Problem identified and fixed
The problem could be broken down to a single customer. The cause was a server-side misconfiguration that had a major impact on the core switch. We isolated the system and informed the customer about the problem.
