On Wednesday, April 15, 2026, we will perform maintenance on our internal firewalls at the FRA4 site. During this process, the remaining Sophos UTM firewalls will be replaced with new firewalls, as the former have been discontinued by Sophos.
During the transition, there may be temporary availability issues with our management portals. The following systems are affected by the transition:

- v-server.ip-projects.de (old vServer Management Panel)
- IP-Projects website
- IP-Projects blog
- Exchange Management Portal
- Email archiving system
- Installation system for Dedicated Servers
- DHCP server for Dedicated Servers
- Nameserver ns1.ip-projects.de (185.194.237.210)
- Time service ntp-fra4.ip-projects.de (185.194.237.211)
- Monitoring Services (sensors at the FRA4 site)
 
No impact on the availability of customer systems (servers, vServers, etc.) is expected at this time. However, due to the transition, there may be delays in ticket processing by our first-level support.
