Between Tuesday, November 10, 2026 (09:00 CEST) and Wednesday, November 11, 2026 (17:30 CEST), our datacenter provider will perform preventive maintenance on the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS 1 and 2) systems at the DE-FRA4 site.
The provider has supplied us with the following details regarding the maintenance:
"As part of our annual preventive maintenance program, planned maintenance activities will be performed on the UPS 1 and 2 to ensure the continued reliability, efficiency, and availability of the Uninterruptible Power systems.
To minimize operational risk and maintain power protection throughout the maintenance period, work will be carried out on one UPS system at a time. This phased approach allows the remaining UPS system to remain operational and continue providing power conditioning and backup support to the facility while maintenance is in progress."
While working on a single UPS system temporarily reduces redundancy, it should not disrupt the availability of our services. To minimize any potential risks, IP-Projects will take the following preventive measures:

- Visual inspection of all server systems with redundant power supplies to ensure both units are correctly connected to the power feeds.
- Visual inspection of the automatic transfer switches (ATS) for servers with only a single power connection (redundant power supply for single-PSU servers).
